Who processes your data

This website is run by Emrah Kukuljac, architect. This policy explains what personal data I collect when you use the site, why I collect it and what rights you have, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

The site runs on Wix.com (Wix.com Ltd.), which stores contact form submissions and technical data on its servers on my behalf. Wix may store data outside Serbia, with the safeguards required by law.

What I collect and why

I collect the information you send through the contact form (first name, last name, email, Viber / WhatsApp phone number, type of enquiry and message) or directly by email, phone, Viber and WhatsApp. The Wix platform also automatically records basic technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited).

I use this data to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or consultation and communicate with you while we work together, as well as for basic visitor statistics and site security. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, until the project ends and legal retention periods expire. If we don't work together, I delete it within 12 months at the latest.

Your rights and cookies

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Send your request to emrah.kukuljac@yahoo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
